Timing that respects how hair and treatments settle
Colour and cutting work is judged after the first home wash, not in the mirror at the desk. A delay of one to three days gives clients time to style it themselves, which is when they form the opinion they will actually write down — and it removes the awkwardness of being asked for feedback while the stylist is standing next to them.
Treatment work follows the same pattern for different reasons: skin and lash results need a few days to look their best. Requests can be timed per service type, and a frequency cap makes sure a client on a six-week cycle is not asked at every visit.
