Choosing between monthly and annual
Monthly billing is the flexible option and is how most teams start: you pay for one month at a time and can change or stop whenever you like. Annual billing costs ten monthly payments for twelve months of service, so it is worth switching once you know the workflow fits your business. You can start monthly and move to annual later without losing any data or history.
Location and team limits explained
Locations are counted by Google Business Profile, not by legal entity, because each profile has its own reviews and its own review link. Team members are the people who log in to read feedback and publish replies; business owners additionally control billing and workspace settings. If you need more locations or seats than Elite Pulse includes, get in touch and we will size it with you.
Billing questions
How does the monthly and annual billing work?
Every plan can be paid monthly or annually. The annual price equals ten monthly payments, so paying for a year up front covers twelve months of service — the equivalent of two months free. Annual subscriptions renew on the same date each year, and monthly subscriptions renew on the same day each month.
What counts as a location?
A location is one physical address with its own Google Business Profile. A clinic with two premises in the same city counts as two locations, because each has its own reviews, its own review link and its own performance figures. Core Pulse covers a single location, Active Pulse up to three, and Elite Pulse up to ten.
Can we change plan or cancel later?
Yes. You can move up or down a plan at any time, and the change takes effect on your next billing date with the difference applied automatically. Cancelling stops future charges and keeps your account available until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Are there setup fees or charges per review request?
There is no setup fee or onboarding charge. Email review invitations, follow-up reminders, printable QR review kits, AI-drafted replies and reporting are unlimited and covered by your subscription on every plan. Elite Pulse also includes 500 WhatsApp Business sends per month; if you need more, you can buy optional prepaid top-ups.
How do WhatsApp Business invitations work?
On Elite Pulse you can choose WhatsApp Business or email for each review invitation. WhatsApp messages use a fixed, approved template sent under your business name, so every customer receives the same neutral invitation. Every customer is offered the same open choice between a public Google review and a private message to your team — nothing is screened or filtered. Customers who share private feedback can also receive a one-way recovery reply from your team.
